L'Ecurie de Marcelo
L'Ecurie de Marcelo is the home
to all the pedigrees and the breeding program of the Evohippus.

Long ago, when the world still listened to the breath of stone, it is said that a herd of horses slept beneath the earth. They were not creatures of flesh, nor bound by reins, but guardians of beauty—shadows waiting to take form.
One night, under a restless sky, a sculptor heard their call. With every strike of his hand against the stone, the horses stirred. Their bodies were shaped not from dust but from dream, their coats shimmering with mosaics, gold, and light. They bore no rider, no master—only the destiny of carrying imagination itself across the ages.
The people whispered of Marcelo’s stable, L’Ecurie de Marcelo, where these eternal steeds gathered. Some said they were spirits of the first horse that carried humankind across the steppes, reborn in new forms to remind us of our bond with creation. Others believed they were messengers, sent to gallop from culture to culture, to drink from the rivers of tradition and return transformed.
Wherever they appear, the land itself remembers. A palace echoes with their presence, a desert blooms at their passing, a city finds its skyline reshaped by their outline. They do not conquer—they transfigure. They do not vanish—they mutate, leaving behind new myths woven in stone and gold.
And so the legend endures:
Marcelo’s horses are not bound to one land, one tongue, or one time.
They are the eternal herd of imagination, galloping forever between the real and the unseen.

They are a metaphore for who we are. We are all the same and yet all different.
